Mince Gravy! Food Tech

On Wednesday we went to Tamaki College for tech. Once we arrived we soon found out that we were about to make mince gravy. Sosiua and I were both working together. we got out the equipment and prepared to cook. When we finished cooking we then took a picture and started to eat!

Chocolate Muffin

Today at tech we made delicious Chocolate muffins. Sosiua and I were working together to make them.

ingredients
1. 2 C of SRF
2. 1 C of sugar
3. 1/2 C of oil
4. 1 C of milk
5. 1 egg
6. 1/4 C of cocoa
7. Combine all and mix well, scoop into the muffin tray
8. Bake 180 degrees for 15 mins
